Moroccan inspired vegan wraps GF

This is for the hunger pains. When you have left lunch to last minute and have to eat now.

Grab the veg you have like mushrooms, peppers, courgette, tomatoes and onions. Fry them with harrissa and coriander, garlic. Place in wrap with vegan cheese of you choice or yogurt.

Serve with a harrissa and yogurt dressing for pepper, tomato and avocado.
