Cauliflower Chana Dal

A firm favourite in our house, this one is great if you are in need of some soft comforting soul food to made the days a little warmer and melt into yourself with kindness.

It is super simple too, which is a major bonus too.

200g Chana Dal Lentils

Two cubed potatoes

One white onion, some garlic and ginger chopped and fried

Handful of Spinach

Garam masala and Turmeric, salt and pepper, plus stock and chilli to taste

Coconut milk

Just cook till it is mushy and taste it along the way to get it to the yummieness level you require.
